J Gordon Mitchell

Lead Advocate and Candidate

With a solid foundation of over 27 years in the U.S. Air Force, my career has been marked by dedication and leadership in various critical roles such as senior enlisted advisor and emergency planner. Transitioning from military service, I embarked on a journey of public service, gaining experience as a school board trustee in a rapidly expanding district.

Throughout my path, I have remained committed to community engagement, working closely with local health departments and educators to address pressing issues like education policy and disaster response. My academic achievements in Government, Education, Human Services, and Public Health complement my practical experiences, enabling me to approach problems with both knowledge and insight.

As someone who has consistently stood at the forefront during challenging times, I am driven to create meaningful change, armed with a profound ability to listen and lead.
